|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have made your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details so your order can be completed.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Services. Subject to availability, all orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays). Orders received after 3pm or outside working hours will be dispatched the next working day.
Next Day Delivery
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, Interlink or DHL Couriers. Subject to availability, all orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays). Orders received after 3pm or outside working hours will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that all Next day delivery services will require a signature on delivery, If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, a card will be left stating where to collect your goods from or to contact to arrange for redelivery.
If delivery of your parcel is not attempted by our courier or Royal Mail the next working day then we will refund the difference between our standard and Next day delivery cost.
International orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed for or Airsure services.
If your delivery address is outside of Jersey, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Next Day Delivery
Orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch.
N.B. UK delivery items will not be considered lost until 15 working days following dispatch
International Orders Delivery Times:-
International orders received before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched on the same day. International orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

You have the right to return goods within 7 working days of receiving them. To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing either by email, post or fax. We must receive notification within 7 working days after you have received the goods. The goods must then be returned to us via Royal Mail Recorded, or Special Delivery (at your own cost) within 7 days following notice of cancellation. We strongly advise that you obtain a Certificate of Postage when returned your goods for protection in case they go missing as Hi-baby.co.uk is not responsible for returned parcels in transit.
On receiving the goods in the original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, we shall issue you with a full refund. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in perfect condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return the item used, for hygiene reasons we will charge you for the cost of the replacement pouch as this cannot be reused.
Damaged or Faulty goods:- Should an item arrive damaged or faulty which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection. Please note: We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Items deemed to be a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.
